Let's be real.....

    This is something that came deep from my heart while reflecting one night.

    I'm not perfect. I judge people, I can be spiteful at times, and sometimes I say things that are better left unsaid. I complain. I'm dramatic. I'm not extremely popular, but I'm well known among those that matter. I don't have racks on racks on racks (I'm COMFORTABLE), but I'm rich in the things that are important (LOVE). I may never get into an ivy league school, but i know I'm smart(4.0 G.P.A.).There's plenty of girls at school who don't like me but, I'm not looking to please anybody. 

   All this may be true but so is this. I love my family, I'm creative, and I'm great at making people laugh. I'm a devoted student. I'm a loyal friend. Everyone may not like it but I am honest. I get a lot of things but all of it came from hard work and is well earned. 

   Let's face no one's perfect and I'm no exception. I'm in love with who I am. I wouldn't want to be anybody else.

70's Partay!!!!!

Hunnybees!!!!! So if you don't follow me on tumblr or instagram........

     You may or may not no we had a 70's themed party for my grandma. It was some of the most fun I've had in a long time. Obviously I have some crazy antics to tell because strange things always seem to happen. But, first I want to say a lot of hard work and thought went into having this party and it was absolutely worth it to see my grandma so happy on her birthday and to be surrounded by the people we love.

       Now let's get to them antics! So the feats started when we were attempting to put  up the decorations. We got these big wall decals from party city (you could really have fun in there) and lucky us the adhesive didn't come with it. So we had a great time putting them on. Now I know what your thinking…"use tape fool!"  We did and maybe that would've worked if the wind wasn't blowing 50mph. We could not not not get them to stick. Finally my dad got some spray glue and it took forever but they eventually stuck to the wall. 

After we got the decorations up and set up the tables we all got dressed. My goal was to look like Beyonce from Gold member. I used a thick coat of shadow base and pressed some loose glitter onto my eyes. I did try to put on fake eyelashes but they were bothering me so I took them off. I think I succeeded in looking like her though. When I showed my mom she said I looked like a grown woman(and her). As soon as I walked outside my dad started laughing. We had a shortage in ice so me and my mom went go get more. I told her, "I bet I look like I just stepped out of a time warp". I hid my face. 

       Later, people started to arrive in their outfits. One of my favorites was my grandaddy's who was straight up hippie. My Auntie looked like like a cleopatra hippie. But I will never understand what look my cousin was going for. But anyway, it's apparent that you should expect so stragglers (people who weren't invited) floating around your party like stray dogs. I cannot be around drunk people cause they're annoying, but even more so I can't be around strange drunk people. There was some weird dude that kept apologizing but I was just thinking,"Alright you ain't got nothing to be sorry for but if you don't move I promise you will. You getting on my nerves. get your beer a keep it moving". I never noticed how annoying drunk people are. This other guy is messing with the lights Which was making me mad cause them my lights for my videos fool! My mind: "WHATCHU DOIN MANN?!". I felt like I was babysitting somebody's child and I didn't even volunteer to. I told my mom to come get him cause I wasn't going to be bothered with all that.

       I was lucky I got to have my best friend with me. She and I had plenty of fun. We even shared a dance with my grandma. Even with the crazy stragglers I still enjoyed the party. My uncle and this random guy told my friend they were going to dance at her wedding. I took plenty of pics and videos and I'm going to make a video putting my photos and videos and my grandaddy's together. But most of all I'm glad my grandma got to enjoy her party and we got to make new memories. From my auntie doing the worm to my grandaddy and grandma slow dancing. It was just a very pleasant occasion.
